| Is overseas procurement really that low in cost? | |
| Please consult with us. Send us a sample of your printed material and we will gladly send you an estimate. | |
| When the product specifications of manuals to be printed in Japan have not been fixed, can you deal with the deadline? | |
Our plants are conveniently located in Japan and in Malaysia. We can easily solve the trouble from reprints procured domestically up to procuring overseas. |
| Do the benefits of overseas procurement change depending on the number of printed copies? | |
Yes, they do change. The freight cost is high when it comes to a small amount of printed copies; therefore, we recommend domestic procurement. However, in the case of a product whose volume may change depending on the time of shipping, it is possible to change the procurement destination by keeping the film both domestically and overseas. |
| Can data (film) be corrected in Malaysia? | |
Basically possible, however, this depends on the type of data. Please consult with us after checking the type of data. It is of course no problem with data that we have made, or data that we have received previously from you. |
| Can an FTP server be used in sending data? | |
Our FTP server can handle your data after you have checked its type. Please let us know. |
| Can the destination of delivery be separated when the printed material arrives in Japan? | |
Possible. We have also provided similar deliveries in the past. |
| Can we see the M&M Printers facilities? | |
| Hundreds of customers from Japan have actually already come to see our plants. In the past, we have invited various companies for a tour of our plant. |
| Can we pay in Yen? | |
Your contact is the Modern Group in Tokyo. Therefore, all transactions occur in Japanese yen. |
| How are sudden claims handled after the delivery of the goods? | |
The products sent to Japan are the same as those stored at the Modern Group in Tokyo. |
| Can direct mail for domestic use be sent from Malaysia by air mail? | |
Yes. The benefit is that using airmail the postal charges are reduced. |
| Can we contact M&M Printers directly in case of emergency? | |
It is possible. Japanese-English speaking staff is on hand ready to attend you. |
| We want to use Japanese recycled paper; can we get it in Malaysia? | |
We can import Eco-mark certified recycled paper from Japan and can provide it for a price lower than in Japan. |
| In the past, printed material procured in Hong Kong was ruined in the container. Is there the possibility that this will happen again? | |
Not to worry. The material is sturdily packed in a cardboard box made for transportation and it is then packed in a wooden case. It is the same when stored in a single container. In the past, we have never had complaints regarding this matter. |
